Singapore Takada Industries Pte Ltd (STK) commits to the following principles and actions to achieve and maintain high standards in Health, Safety, Security and Environment:
To accept full responsibility and achieve high standards in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) complying with all applicable statutory legislations and client requirements.
To systematically identify all possible hazards, assess associated risks, and develop effective countermeasures to eliminate, control, or minimize risks being created.
To actively seek to prevent any incident, injury, property damage, fire outbreak, and occupational illness, and to empower any personnel to stop any unsafe work or behaviour.
To provide and maintain an effective Integrated Management system that is an integral part of our business operations.
To continually develop new training materials and provide necessary training for all personnel and stakeholders to ensure a competent workforce.
To ensure all incidents and near misses are reported, tracked, and analysed, and to regularly review policies and operations for improvements to prevent recurrence
To demonstrate a commitment to consultation and participation by seeking feedbacks from workers and workers’ representatives in HSSE matters.

Management provides leadership, resources and accountability for this policy. All employees and contractors are responsible for following procedures, working safely and securely, caring for the environment, and reporting hazards, near misses, incidents, nonconformities, and improvement opportunities. This policy is communicated to all people working for or on behalf of STK and is available to interested parties. We review the policy and objectives at least annually or when significant changes occur.
Singapore Takada Industries shall identify all possible hazards, assess the risks and develop counter measures to eliminate, control or minimize risks. We shall continue to develop new training materials and continue to provide training for personnel and stakeholders.
To achieve our goal, all incidents and near miss must be reported. These shall be tracked and analysed. STK shall review its policies and operations for improvements. Improvements shall be made in order to prevent further occurrences.
We seek to prevent any incident, injury, property damage, fire outbreak and occupational illness, any of which could result in human suffering (both mental and physical) We empower any personnel to stop any unsafe work and also to stop any unsafe act or behaviour that may lead to accident and dangerous situation.
